Participating Artist Information

Support the art center by donating a 5×5 masterpiece. Whether you’re a professional or have never shown in a gallery, all are welcome to create a 5×5*. All pieces will be on view through the month of August and on sale for $55.

5×5 canvases can be picked up at Arts@302 or Ziegler Art & Frame (6 N Lewis Ave, Tulsa, OK 74110) at any time during regular business hours. All artworks submitted will be donated with 100% of sales going towards our ART IS FOR EVERYONE children’s scholarship fund.

*Participating artists must be at least 15 years old. Only one canvas can be picked up per person. Artists cannot pickup for someone else. Artists can receive additional canvases after turning in a completed one.

All canvases are due back Saturday, July 25th at 2pm. Completed canvases may only be returned to Arts@302. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring them back earlier.

• There is no central theme. Your 5×5 can be anything you want that fits within our guidelines.
• Participating artists must be at least 15 years old.
• We are a family-friendly facility. Overtly political or sexual themed art will not be included.
• Both 2D and 3D art will be accepted.
• Traditionally a 5×5 show is limited to exactly 5 inches by 5 inches. We are allowing a select number of artworks that extend out of the canvas. These pieces shall not extend past 10″x10″. If you are interested in creating one of these select works, please let us know at the time of pickup.
• All artwork will sell for $55 regardless of quality, notoriety, or any other factors.
• Arts@302 reserves the right to deny artwork for the show if the work is deemed to be overtly offensive, of low quality, or for any other reason.
