Arts@302 offers a creative, flexible setting for celebrations, meetings, receptions and special events in the heart of Broken Arrow’s Rose District. Host an intimate gathering in one of our gallery or studio spaces, or rent the full building for a larger event.

Entire Art Center
Hold your event in style inside the crown jewel of the Rose District! A full building rental includes access to our artist gallery, our 4 classrooms, our catering kitchen, and our upstairs balcony.

$3,000 for 5 hours, then $450/hour (5-hour minimum)
Entire Art Center

$2,000 for 8 hours, then $200/hour (8-hour minimum)
Gallery
Imagine your next private event surrounded by a professional art exhibit! This large space is prime for classy banquets, ceremonies, and more. Gallery availability is subject to the current exhibition.

Pricing:
$500 for 3 hours, then $250/hour (3 hour minimum)
Classroom
We have 4 distinct spaces available including our first floor studio, painting studio, clay studio, and our upstairs flex studio which can be divided into two halves. Each classroom has counter space, a sink, and a 70″ TV for presentations and visuals.

• Capacity of 25-40 depending on space
Pricing:
$300 for 3 hours, then $75/hour (3 hour minimum)
The Balcony
Our upstairs balcony is our elegant outdoor rental space with colorful patio furniture and large umbrellas for shade. This space can be added to classroom rentals at an upgraded cost.

Pricing:
$300 for 3 hours, then $75/hour (3 hour minimum)
The Gallery

Equipment Available for Extra Cost
- Additional chairs and tables: $35.00 per hour setup time
- Microphone: Available for the gallery, downstairs classroom, or balcony. Cordless or Corded with a stand.
Additional costs based on unforeseen needs may also be negotiated as needed.
Additional Information
You may bring your own caterer, Arts@302 recommends Simply De-Lish Caterers and Marshall Family Caterers. Beer, wine and liquor are permitted with appropriate arrangements and a licensed bartender.
Our preferred decorators are Party Perfect and Party Pro Rents.
