
Art Parties
Turn birthdays, bachelorettes, or a night with friends into a creative celebration. Browse our party packages below, or inquire here to build a custom Art Party experience. Packages start at $320 for 10 guests.
A. Party packages consist of a 3-hour rental and include a 90-minute to 2-hour instructed activity. (Time of instruction may be based on the age and attention level of the guests.) Time after the activity may be used for food and beverages, cake, presents, and visiting with guests. This time is not facilitated by staff.
Q. When are Art Parties?
A. Parties are most easily scheduled during normal operating hours:
- Sunday – Monday: Closed
- Tuesday – Wednesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday – Friday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday:10:00am – 2:00pm
- For parties scheduled outside of normal operating hours, a $25.00/hour staffing fee will apply.
Q. Can we bring decorations?
A. Clients may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions:
- No decorations may be taped, pinned, or nailed to any surfaceNo flames other than birthday candles
- No glitter or confettiIf you need additional set-up time, this must be scheduled with Arts@302 staff and occur during open hours.
- Extra time during outside of open hours will be subject to a staffing fee and/or an occupation fee.
- There is to be no standing on furniture. If you need to reach up high, a ladder can be provided. In some cases a staff person may help.
Q. Can We Bring Food/Drink?
A. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Arts@302 property without express written permission from the Executive Director and following specific requirements.
Clients may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the party. All plates, napkins, etc. must be supplied by the organizer. No refrigeration is available.
All food and drink must be removed from the reserved area no later than the party’s scheduled end time. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
