Art Parties
Ready to party? Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, girls night, or just a fun get-together with friends, our art parties are an unforgettable creative experience. We have fun packages available for all ages and skill levels!
All of our art parties are 2-3 hours and include an instructor-led art activity. Each package includes 30 minutes of social time for cake, gifts, or just for fun.
- Art Parties are held on Fridays 6pm-9pm, and on Saturdays at 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. Any times out of this window will include an additional staffing fee.
- The Make-A-Mug and Pinch Pot Monster party packages include up to 10 guests. Wheel Throwing party packages can include 2-6 guests and are priced by headcount.
- Every guest participating in the activity will get to take home their clay creation. Pieces can be picked-up up to 4 weeks after the party date.
- Food and drink are permitted during the party. Plates, napkins, and plasticware must be supplied by the guests. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at this time.

Pottery Wheel Throwing Party
Have you always wanted to throw on a pottery wheel? We make it fun and accessible with step-by-step instruction. All skill levels can join and have a great time! Every guest will have one completed pot for them to keep.

Time: 3 hours (2-hour activity)

Q. Can we bring food and drink?
A. Yes! You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the party. All plates, napkins, etc. must be supplied by the organizer. No refrigeration is available. All food and drink must be removed from the reserved area no later than the party’s scheduled end time. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Arts@302 property without express written permission from the Executive Director.
Q. Can we set up decorations?
A. Yes! You may bring decorations as you see fit, with the following restrictions:
- No decorations may be taped, pinned, or nailed to any surface
- No flames other than birthday candles
- No glitter or confetti
Q. When is the social time?
A. Our party packages include a 90-minute or 2-hour instructor guided art activity. The additional time is left as social time, for cake and gifts, etc. Once your party is scheduled, your instructor will contact you by phone prior to the party to discuss the structure of your party.
Q. Do adults need to be present for the party?
A. If your party includes children, all of them must be supervised by an adult (other than Arts@302 staff) at all times.
Q. When do I pay for the party?
A. There is a $100 deposit to secure your party date. This deposit will count towards your overall balance. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the party date.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested a minimum of one week prior to the party date. Any cancellation made after this date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
