Our First Floor Studio will be full of general art supplies and recycled scraps ready for you to sketch, design, build, and explore the incredible process of creating.

There are no limits to your creativity! Design a lava lamp, build a model car from scraps, or create your self portrait from nothing but fabric scraps. Need some inspiration? Grab an art prompt or a team member to take your first step.

Artists are also encouraged to bring their own supplies to continue working on their personal projects.

BLOCK PRINTING ACTIVITY

All participants can take part in a block printing activity led by Jennifer Deal. Students will get to carve out their stamp and print it using a brayer and real printing inks. You’ll then learn a fun way to print your stamp that you can also use at home. Using this technique, you can create your own cards, signs, and stationary. You can even use this technique to print on fabric!

Admission for individuals is $5. Families can pay a join admission of $10.
