Artist Vendor Application

We are searching for artist vendors for our art market on Saturday, October 14th 9:00am-1:30pm. This art market will coincide with the Rose District Farmer’s Market as well as the Cool Grilles Car Show. We anticipate a decently large crowd to be present.

Vendors will set up on our outside patio located on the south side our building. Approved vendors will set up on the concrete patio or the grass. Spots will be first come, first served on the day of the market. There will be a $15 vendor fee for this event. Artists will keep 100% of their sales. No food sales are allowed.

  • You will be fully responsible for collecting payments and sales tax for all your sales.
  • You will receive a 10x10ft space.
  • You may start your setup at any time that morning. Building access will begin when staff arrives at 8:00am
  • You can rent an 8-foot table and 2 folding chairs for $5. These will be available after 8:00am on the day of the market. There is a very limited quantity. It is recommended that you bring your own tables and chairs if possible.
