Fill out this form to give Arts@302 as much detailed information on your camp proposal as you can. Make sure to view our 2024 Camp Schedule to familiarize yourself with the available times.

Main Course Information

Give your camp a fun and interesting name. This may be subject to discussion with Arts@302 staff.
This content is very important. Without it, students don't have much a reason or "hook" to take your class. This information will appear on the website and other promotional materials. We only need the base content, the program director will rewrite and rework your information to make a final compelling course description.
This is especially important if there are multiple instructors that campers will rotate between. If your camp runs in the morning and afternoon, please include a lunch time.

    Dates and Times

    Please check any dates that you are available to teach your course.
    How many consecutive days is your camp?

    Please select all weeks/windows of time that you are available for your camp proposal. Please note that the listed times in each week are when camps can be held that week.
    Your proposed weeks and times must fall within the windows that we have available. For further clarification, please refer to the camp schedule document located at the top of this page.

    Ex: Ages 6-12
    Unless otherwise discussed, all classes require a minimum of 5.

    Room Information

    Please select all classrooms that would be appropriate for your proposal
    Due to evening programming or other camps, it may possible that camp supplies/projects will need to be cleaned up and stored away for use of the room. If this is the case, all instructors will be given plenty of heads up prior to the start of camp.(Required)

    Supplies

    Please be as specific as is necessary. Kids will have supplies provided for them. Adults will be expected to purchase supplies.
