“Galentines: Women Creatives of our Community” is an all-women’s art exhibit featuring more than 30 artists and 85 pieces of artwork. The exhibit will run from February 9th-March 31st.
Join us for the free opening reception on Friday, February 9th 5pm-8pm. The public event will feature a performance art piece by Alicia Chesser, poetry readings by local poets Autumn Slaughter, Crystal Stone, Keely Record, and Kaci Dawn, as well as tin type photography by Tom Burns.
We are also holding a silent auction with all proceeds going to NAAV (Native Alliance Against Violence) and will have a speaker from NAAV attending the event.
Megan Torres will be providing a mini photo op setup and local photographer Rebecca Rayon will be photographing the event. DJ Majda Phillips will be creating the musical vibes. Wine and charcuterie will be provided at the event with beer donated by Heirloom Rustic Ales.
