Broken Arrow breaks ground on new Center for Arts, Innovation, and Creativity

Broken Arrow leaders were excited on Wednesday to hold the groundbreaking for the city’s new Center for Arts, Innovation and Creativity.

The 15,500 square foot facility is being built at 3rd and Main, right in the heart of the popular Rose District.
