WHAT DO YOU DO?: I'm the director of Kristen's Artists of Promise (aka K@P), and we bring kiddos from the elementary schools on either side of Main Street BA to the art center for enrichment activities and projects.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB?: My favorite part of the job is getting to make space for kids to be creative in whatever ways they can be. We've seen so much creative growth with our young artists as we discover where their abilities and imagination takes them.

WHAT DOES THE 302 COMMUNITY NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?: Something the 302 community might not know about me is I am an editor at a small press in Tulsa called Horns and Rattles. Our first anthology is going to be releasing this fall.

WHAT DO YOU DO?: The two primary parts of my role at Arts@302 are programming and marketing. I am in charge of researching, building, and coordinating all classes, workshops, camps, and special events held at Arts@302. If you’re looking for a new creative experience, let me know! I’d love to build it. I also manage and create content for our website, email newsletter, and our social media platforms (hello!).

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB?: I have never had more of a license to be so freely creative! Any of my wild ideas can blossom into a real experience - and I always have the staff support behind me when I need it. Most importantly, where else could I make silly reels about a paper mache crab and get paid for it??

WHAT DOES THE 302 COMMUNITY NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?: I am a trained classical tenor! I’ve been singing all my life and music is so deeply important to me. I am a staff singer at St. John Episcopal Church and frequently gig as a wedding/funeral singer. Be around me longer than 2 minutes and I am sure to start bursting into song.
