Art of the Meal – Call for Artists
“Art of the Meal”, our April 2025 gallery exhibit, will feature artwork themed around food and the rich emotions that come with their creation and consumption. The exhibit will be on view at Arts@302 April 3rd-26th. You can submit your artwork for consideration to be included in this exhibit through the form below.
The submission deadline is March 15th, 2025. The exhibit committee will then meet to select featured artists and artworks. Successful artists will be contacted by email. Submissions are limited to 1-3 pieces per individual artist.
Artwork submissions must follow the following guidelines to be considered for this exhibit:
- All works must directly relate to food either through literal or abstract representation. Works that use food/consumption as a metaphor for other themes may be considered.
- Artists must be 16+ to submit their work in this exhibit.
- All mediums including 2D and 3D works will be considered. Prints of original digital works will also be considered.
- Works with overtly political, sexual, or hateful themes will not be considered.
- Works that promote the use of illegal drugs will not be considered.
- Works that are AI generated will not be considered.

“Made with Love” Photo Contest
Great food is certainly a work of art! We are seeking photo submissions of your homemade meals and dishes. Whether it’s a main course, your signature Thanksgiving side, or a special sweet treat, we want to see it!
Accepted submissions will be featured in our “Art of the Meal” exhibit. Photos should be well-lit and presentable. Modern smartphone picture quality is perfectly acceptable. This is not limited to professional photographers. All are welcome and encouraged to participate! All photos must be original with the dishes prepared by the submitter.
Prizes will be awarded to the meal pictures selected by our judges. Submissions are open now. Official contest information and available prizes will be announced at a later date. The submission deadline is March 15th, 2025.
