Fall 2022 Class Proposal Form

Fill out this form to propose the class, workshop, or special event that you would like to teach at Arts@302. We are currently programming our fall schedule which runs from August 30th to November 19th. All fields must be completed or submitted before proposals will be reviewed by the committee. Submitting a proposal to the committee does not guarantee approval. You may submit multiple proposals.

Weekly courses occur once a week for 1-3 hours over a period of 4-6 weeks . One time events are special workshops with longer durations. You may also do a weekend workshop (Friday evening and Saturday afternoon).
Be creative! The best names are both a quick summary of the class and eye-catching. (Ex: Charcoal Explosion, Drawing From Life, Toddler Jam).
This is the information that will appear on the website and other promotional materials. It should be 2-4 sentences with information on the topics covered and what students should expect to learn.
Ex: 1 hour, 3 hours, 8 hours, etc. If this is a weekly course please write the duration of a single class.
Courses must be between 3-6 weeks.

Please list the days of the week and hours of each day that you are available for your proposal.
Choose from All Ages, Pre-School (1-5), Elementary (6-12), Middle School (12-16), Adults (16+), or propose your own specific age range.
Most classes and events have a max of 12, but some mediums benefit from a lower number. Classes and events require a minimum of five enrollments to make.
In most cases supplies will come from what Arts@302 already has on hand. Specialty items can be ordered. Additional supplies will be ordered through Dick Blick. Please find specific requested supplies on dickblick.com
This could include a starter set of paints, a drawing pad, their own musical instrument and more.
