Summer 2026 Proposal Form

Please fill out this short form to propose a new class or workshop for the June-July schedule (Summer 2026) at Arts@302. Include as much information as you are able when describing your proposal. Please indicate ALL the different formats that your proposal can take (weekly vs workshop / ages). If your proposals are approved, the Program Director will reach out to you with recommendations on ages and format based on the needs of the schedule. You will then be sent a form requesting deeper information on your course. Both forms must be completed by the time of the deadline (April 2nd, 2026 by EOD) to be included in the Summer 2026 Schedule.

You are welcome to propose as many courses as you would like. We have added a “Save and Continue” option that you can take advantage of. Forms do not automatically save. You will need to follow the instructions after clicking “Save and Continue”. To verify that your form was sent correctly, please make sure that a copy of your responses was sent to your listed email.

Main Schedule: June 8th-July 24th, 2026

Mondays: June 8th-July 20th
Tuesdays: June 9th-July 21st
Wednesdays: June 10th-July 22nd
Thursdays: June 11th-July 23rd
Fridays: June 12th-July 24th

April 2nd, 2026 EOD: Final deadline for class submissions and further information (BOTH FORMS)

April 16th, 2026: Launch of Summer 2026 schedule

Course Information

This proposal form is intended ONLY for new proposed classes that you have not previously offered. If you are repeating your class (Ex: Wheel throwing courses, Drawing I, Books to Art, etc.) please reach out to Caleb with any class changes and to verify dates.(Required)
