Spring B 2025 Proposal Form

Please fill out this short form to propose a new class or workshop for the Spring A 2025 schedule at Arts@302. Include as much information as you are able when describing your proposal. Please indicate ALL the different formats that your proposal can take (weekly vs workshop / ages). If any of your proposals are successful, the Program Director will reach out to you with recommendations on ages and format based on the needs of the schedule. You will then be sent a form requesting deeper information on your course. Both forms must be completed by the time of the deadline (January 6th, 2025) to be included in the Spring B Schedule.

You are welcome to propose as many courses as you would like. We have added a “Save and Continue” option that you can take advantage of. To verify that your form was sent correctly, please make sure that a copy of your responses was sent to your listed email.

Spring B 2025 Dates

Main Schedule: March 24th-May 3rd, 2025

Mondays: March 24th-April 28th
Tuesdays: March 25th-April 29th
Wednesdays: March 26th-April 30th
Thursdays: March 27th-May 1st
Fridays: March 28th-May 2nd

Deadlines

January 6th, 2025 at 5pm: Final deadline for class submissions and information (ALL FORMS)

January 28th, 2025: Launch of Spring A 2025 schedule

This proposal form is intended ONLY for new proposed classes that you have not previously offered. If you are repeating your class (Ex: Wheel throwing courses, Mini Art Explorers, Books to Art) you do not need to fill out this form and Caleb will reach out to you with new class dates and any new information he may need from you.(Required)
